摘要:

采用毛细管气质联用法对薰衣草挥发油化学成分进行了研究 ,共确认了其中 2 1种成分 ,占精油总含量的 96.5 5 % .其主要化学成分为芳樟醇 (Linalool) ,乙酸芳樟酯 (Linalyl acetate) ,4-甲基 -1 -(1 -异丙基 ) -3 -环己烯 -1 -醇 (3 -Cyclohexen-1 -o1 ,4-methy1 -1 -1 (1 -methylethyl) -) ,乙酸薰衣草酯 (Lavandayl acetate)等 .

Abstract:

The components of the volatile oils of Lavendula officinalis are analyzed by means of capillary gas chromatography mass spectrometry(GC/MS).It reveals that 35 peaks have been separated, of that 21 compounds were identified and quantified, which accounted for 96.55% of volatile oil. The main components are Linalool,linalyl acetate,3 Cyclohexen 1 ol,4 methyl 1 (1 methylethyl) etc.
