激发波长对不同浓度乙醇水溶液荧光光谱的影响Influence of Excitation Light Wavelength on the Fluorescence Spectra of Ethanol-Solution Water Mixture

摘要(Abstract):
本文通过对不同波长紫外光激发乙醇水溶液的荧光光谱分析,系统地讨论了水对乙醇溶液荧光光谱的影响.结果表明高浓度乙醇溶液在紫外光的激发下会出现350nm和550nm两个发射峰.随着激发波长增加,在350nm的荧光峰值出现红移,荧光强度先增大后减小,在550nm的荧光峰强度出现猝灭,呈现出先减小后增大的趋势.当乙醇的体积分数从50%增加到100%时,在550nm处的荧光峰强度先减小后增加.乙醇体积分数从20%增加到75%时,在350nm处的荧光峰强度先增加后减小.
