摘要(Abstract)：

<正> Electron depth absorbed dose distributions in silicon, Xinjiang "Hami" melon and human tissues have been measuremented by an extrapolation chamber made by ourselves. These results show that the dose rate of surface-shallow layers in silicon has been increased by the scattering electrons.
