摘要(Abstract)：

探索HPV16 E7乳酸乳球菌疫苗联合化疗药物顺铂治疗HPV16相关肿瘤的效果.荷瘤小鼠使用顺铂或联合乳酸乳球菌疫苗治疗后,通过荷瘤小鼠肿瘤大小、生存率、体重变化和血清中IL-10、IL-12、IFN-γ水平评价化疗药物顺铂与乳酸乳球菌疫苗单独使用及联用的抗肿瘤效果差异.顺铂与乳酸乳球菌疫苗联合治疗能抑制荷瘤小鼠体内肿瘤生长、延长小鼠生存时间,但治疗组间差异并不显著.顺铂与疫苗联用具有增强抗肿瘤效果的潜力.
