层状岩体爆破装药结构试验研究Experimental Study on Blasting Charge Structure of Layered Rock Mass

摘要(Abstract):
露天煤矿开采中,层状岩体的存在给爆破开挖带来了挑战.本文通过装药结构理论分析、LS-DYNA3D数值模拟实验及现场工业试验,对新疆黑山煤矿层状岩体两种爆破装药结构进行研究.结果表明:层状岩体空气间隔装药结构较连续装药结构,提高了爆破有效能量利用率,从爆破过程、岩体破碎效果、根底残留情况以及后拉范围方面,取得了较好的效果,提升了挖运作业效率,降低了采矿成本.
