塔河常压渣油中沥青质多级升温热溶物组成特点及残渣热解性能分析Composition and Pyrolysis Performance Analysis of Fractionation and Sequential Thermal Dissolution Products and Residue of Asphaltene in Tahe Atmospheric Residue

摘要(Abstract):
以塔河常压渣油为原料,正己烷为溶剂,分离制得C_6沥青质试样.以石油醚为溶剂,在100°C~300°C范围内,对其进行多级升温热溶实验,并对热溶物和热溶残渣进行FTIR、GC-MS和TG-DTG等表征分析.结果表明,热溶物总收率为4.01%,热溶物中烷烃、含氧类物质、芳烃和烯烃的相对含量分别为85.55%、7.82%、4.64%和1.99%.各级热溶残渣的热失重过程在350°C~550°C的中温段变化最为显著,失重量约占总失重量的80%.
