铁氮共掺杂碳纤维基复合碳材料的制备及其氧还原反应催化性能研究The Preparation and Oxygen Reduction Reaction Catalytic Performance of Iron and Nitrogen Doped Carbon Fiber Based Carbon Composite

摘要(Abstract):
以聚丙烯腈(PAN)和石墨化氮化碳(g-C3N4)共同作为碳/氮前驱体材料,醋酸亚铁作为铁源,利用静电纺丝技术结合高温热解法制备了系列铁氮共掺杂的碳纤维基复合碳材料(Fe-N-CFC),研究了PAN和g-C3N4的质量配比对所制得的催化剂样品的形貌结构及其氧还原反应(ORR)催化性能的影响.优化组成的Fe-N-CFC-2材料对ORR的半波电势和极限电流分别为-0.04 V和4.32 mA·cm~(-2),与商业Pt/C催化剂活性接近,而其抗甲醇性能和ORR催化稳定性明显优于Pt/C,是一种有应用潜力的ORR催化剂.
