ZnO柱撑有机皂石对聚乳酸结晶性能的影响The Efects of Z_n O Pillared Organic Saponite on the Crystallization of Polylactic Acid

摘要(Abstract):
采用微波水解法制备ZnO柱撑皂石,通过十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)有机改性制备ZnO柱撑有机皂石,并以其为助剂通过熔融插层法制备了聚乳酸(PLA)/ZnO柱撑有机皂石纳米复合材料.X射线衍射(XRD)及红外光谱分析(FT-IR)表明皂石层状结构被剥离形成了纳米级皂石层片且有机改性效果良好.采用Avrami法对PLA/ZnO柱撑有机皂石纳米复合材料的非等温结晶动力学进行了分析,结果表明:ZnO柱撑有机皂石缩短了PLA的半结晶周期(t1/2),提高了PLA的结晶速率,PLA晶体以二维或三维的方式增长.
