基于数字光处理工艺的牙模树脂3D打印精度研究Research on 3D Printing Accuracy of Dental Mold Resin Based on DLP

摘要(Abstract):
设计了一种根据牙体生理结构形态简化后含有多种几何特征的精度测试件,用于评价DLP(数字光处理)3D打印牙模树脂材料的精度.通过显微镜测量打印成型测试件的细微特征还原情况与各个特征的成型尺寸误差,从细微特征还原情况和特征的成型尺寸误差两个方面综合评价打印精度.通过调控DLP 3D打印的单层曝光时间和分层厚度两组重要工艺参数,分析两组工艺参数对评价指标的影响.确定当单层曝光时间为5 s、分层厚度为50μm为最佳打印参数,并使用该参数打印牙齿模型并对尺寸精度进行评价,最终获得精度误差为0.191 mm,标准差为0.142 mm,均方根值为0.244 mm,符合±1 mm以内误差的临床使用需求.
