准南苇子沟井田煤质特征及气/液化性能评价Evaluation on Gasification and Liquefaction Performance and Coal Quality Characteristics of Weizigou Mine, Zhunnan

摘要(Abstract):
为探讨准南苇子沟井田煤质特征及其气/液化性能,对该井田煤岩样品进行了系统的工业测定、工艺性能分析和显微组分鉴定.基于钻孔资料和实验数据,结合气/液化用煤指标初步评价了该井田的高效利用方式.结果表明:苇子沟井田煤质具有低水、特低灰分、高挥发分、特低硫、低煤灰熔融点、无粘结性、高热稳定性、高抗碎强度和可磨性指数高的特点.全区煤质满足气化用煤指标体系中流化床气化、水煤浆气流床气化以及干煤粉气流床气化的一级指标、常压固定床气化的二级指标,可作为优质气化用煤;满足液化用煤指标体系中的二级指标,可作为普通液化用煤.
