摘要(Abstract)：
在一九八○年美国价值工程师学会(SAVE)召开的国际会义上,瑞伊技术中心顾问欧文。E。瑞伊提出了用经典集合论概念进行方案筛选的方法。本文依据实际选取界线都是模糊界线的事实,给出了用模糊集合论进行方案筛选的两个模型。其一是在一九七七年亚格尔关于多目标决策模型的基础上,给出的。
