基于ANSYS的X80管线钢MIG焊温度场数值模拟Numerical Simulation of MIG Welding Temperature Field of X80 Pipeline Steel Based on ANSYS

摘要(Abstract):
为了实现X80管线钢MIG焊温度场的数值模拟,并探究焊接速度对熔池的影响.借助ANSYS软件,建立三维有限元模型.采用双椭球热源模型和生死单元技术,考虑材料随温度变化的物理性能参数、辐射散热及对流等因素的影响,对焊接温度场进行数值模拟,获得温度场的分布规律和不同位置的焊接热循环曲线,对比分析熔池在不同焊接速度下的穿透深度,并进行试验验证.结果表明,计算结果与试验数据吻合良好,在焊接电流为154 A,电压为28 V,焊接速度为10 mm/s时,所得焊缝形貌良好.该模型为进一步研究焊接应力场、应变场以及优化焊接工艺参数提供有效依据.
