摘要(Abstract)：
介绍了近几年荧光能量转移体系用于 DNA分析测定方法的进展 .通过实验对吖啶橙( AO)—藏红 T( ST)荧光体系能量转移进行分析 ,说明使用该本系为荧光探针对 DNA定量测定的可行性 .然后通过 Forster能量转移理论 ,计算 DNA加入前后 AO- ST体系临界距离变化 ,从某种程度上说明 DNA对 AO- ST荧光淬灭的影响 .
