溶剂热法制备均匀规则Fe_3O_4亚微米晶立方体及表征Fabrication and Characterization of Uniform Magnetite Submicro-cubic Crystals via a Solvothermal Method

摘要(Abstract):
强碱NaOH和活性剂PVP的共同辅助下,溶剂热法制备出均匀规则的立方Fe3O4亚微晶(~500nm).实验发现NaOH和PVP对立方Fe3O4亚微晶的形成起了重要作用.样品物相用X射线衍射(XRD)仪表征,形貌通过电子扫描显微镜(SEM)和透射电镜(TEM)观测.所得样品的磁性用振动样品磁强计(VSM)测试.结果显示所制备的立方体Fe3O4亚微米粉具有铁磁性特征,其饱和磁化强度(Ms)为88.4emu/g,剩余磁化强度(Mr)为4.1emu/g,矫顽力(Hc)为51.2Oe.
