摘要(Abstract):
简要介绍了全钒液流电池的技术现状和应用前景,并结合达坂城风电出力和当地电网负荷特性,初步构想了两种风—储互补调峰方案,研究了钒电池储能站所应具备的功率和容量,估计了工程造价,以期达到抛砖引玉的效果.
