基于微空心阴极的空气等离子体射流研究The Air Plasma Jet Based on Micro-hollow Cathode Discharge

摘要(Abstract):
本文采用钼片-陶瓷-钼片的三明治型结构,研究了微空心阴极放电产生的空气等离子体射流特性.钼电极和陶瓷层的厚度均为0.8 mm,中心为0.5 mm的通孔,以压缩空气作为放电气体.上述结构在正、负直流电源驱动下均能获得等离子射流.实验结果表明,对于相同放电电流和相同气流条件下,正直流电源驱动放电所获得的等离子体射流长度略大于负直流电源下的射流长度.当气流量较低时,气流为层流状态,放电可处于稳定的直流辉光模式;当气流量较高时,气流处于湍流状态,放电主要为自脉冲模式.在湍流模式下,射流长度均随气流量的上升而增加.
