汽车发动机盖高速冲击变形精密测量方法的研究Research on Precision Measurement Method of High Speed Impact Deformation of Automobile Engine Cover

摘要(Abstract):
为了测量发动机盖在高速冲击情况下的变形,基于分体式双目高速相机标定方法的原理,提出一种适用于发动机盖在高速冲击情况下的变形精密测量方法.针对发动机盖在受到外界高速冲击过程中,发动机盖变形复杂导致难以测量其变形准确值的问题,设计一套实验装置并制作实验试样,在发动机盖的内侧喷涂数字散斑.实验试样发动机盖受到高速冲击产生变形,通过实验装置中的双目高速相机动态测量检测实验试样的变形并记录数据,得到单点应力应变曲线走向趋势图及应力应变场分布云图.实验结果表明,受冲击点变形量前期大幅上升至45.03 mm,后期产生波动最终趋于5.00 mm;受冲击点应变量大幅上升至0.92%后产生波动最终趋于0.78%,结果表明本文的测量方法在高速冲击变形的精密测量上的有效性.
