整体式结合齿轮温精锻成形方法的研究Research on Warm Precision Forging Method of Integral Combined Gear

摘要(Abstract):
为了改善汽车变速器的零件的结构强度,针对汽车变速器重要零件整体式结合齿轮温精锻成形方法展开研究.根据整体式结合齿轮成形材料20Cr的特点,用热压缩试验的方法测算材料的本构模型,代入DEFORM-3D软件以提高仿真精度.分析数值模拟仿真结果,比较镦挤齿成形和挤齿成形两种方案终锻工位的关键工艺参数,得到整体式结合齿轮的温精锻成形方法.获得了20Cr在一定条件下的本构模型,仿真软件显示,终锻工位的各项参数确实对成形方案选择具有决定性作用,且镦挤齿成形所需载荷远大于挤齿成形所需载荷.结果表明,挤齿成形更适合作为整体式结合齿轮温精锻成形的方案.
