ESA-AA共聚物的合成、阻垢缓蚀性能及缓蚀机理研究Synthesis, Scale and Corrosion Inhibition Performance and Corrosion Inhibition Mechanism of ESA-AA Copolymer

摘要(Abstract):
本文用自由基聚合法合成了ESA-AA共聚物,采用碳酸钙沉积法和旋转挂片法分别测试了其阻垢和缓蚀性能,结果表明:当ESA-AA共聚物浓度为20 mg/L,阻垢率达到了97.8%;当ESA-AA共聚物浓度为100 mg/L时,对Q235碳钢在自来水中的缓蚀率达到了98.1%.ESA-AA共聚物分散Fe_2O_3性能结果显示,在ESA的分子结构中引入羧基可以改善其对Fe_2O_3的分散性能,从而提高其缓蚀性能.SEM/EDS、电化学、腐蚀动力学和热力学研究表明,共聚物通过吸附作用在金属表面成膜,抑制Q235碳钢表面阴极和阳极反应,增大了电化学腐蚀过程的电荷转移电阻,提高了腐蚀反应的活化能,从而延缓了金属腐蚀.研究表明ESA-AA共聚物具有优异的阻垢和缓蚀性能,为环保型水处理剂的实际应用研究奠定了一定的基础.
