DC04钢板在冲击变形中强光干扰降噪方法的研究Study on Noise Reduction Method of Intense Light Disturbance in Impact Deformation of DC04 Steel Plate

摘要(Abstract):
为了提高DC04钢板耐冲击度时的测量精度,提出了一种局部降噪方法以降低钢板在高速冲击过程中的局部强光.此方法主要运用线性变换进行计算,使用高斯低通滤波等仪器进行测量比较,运用图像评价的标准进行选择.这种方法运用图片中提取的灰度信息来确定被干扰的区域,灰度阶跃值的变化可以确定光强弱的变化,可以确定受干扰的区域的大小以及方向等信息;运用PSNR评价标准来确定灰度图片的截止频率;把灰度图像通过线性的变换调至正常的范围内,代替强光区域进行之后的运算.最终经过实验检验比较得到了较高的精度.
