九种紫萼藓属(紫萼藓科)植物孢蒴和孢子的研究Study on Capsules and Spores in 9 Species of Grimmia(Grimmiaceae)

摘要(Abstract):
利用光学显微镜(LM)和扫描电镜(SEM)观察了采自新疆的9种紫萼藓属(Grimmia)植物的孢蒴和孢子形态.观察结果显示:这9种紫萼藓属植物的孢蒴呈卵形或圆柱形,蒴齿披针形或缺失.孢子均细小,直径在6~16μm之间,属于细小孢子(PI)或小形孢子(MI);黄色或黄褐色;近极面向内凹,纹饰为颗粒状突起、疣状或芽孢状,孢子外壁网状.本文对这9种植物的孢蒴和孢子进行了详细的描述并附图示,在孢子体特征的基础上探讨了其分类学和生态学意义.
